Ecommerce Retention Manager

This position is for maternity cover.

Key tasks:

  • Deliver performance of Kaspersky digital sales & digital KPIs (such as Net New Users, AR/subscription share, LTV, CAC) through owned channels and partnerships at global level by delivering digital experience and value for all segments of end users / customers (paid, trials, free). Accountable for acquisition and growth eCommerce streams.
  • Develop Regional Omnichannel Strategy and execute it through owned platforms, marketplaces and direct commerce partners. Initiate and facilitate creation of omnichannel cross-department team (Digital - Tangible - Channel / SMB).
  • Define and implement business rules and roles for site merchandising and all regional market moments. Manage promotions and offers strategies, ensure acquisition and retention campaigns are on time, quality and on message with required level of adaptation and localization for different markets. The main goal is to manage path to conversion / purchase and improve customer experience
  • Improve performance and path to conversion by relying on global CXO and CRO guidance across all platforms - branded sites, digital marketplaces, MyKaspersky, in-app.
  • Analyze and report on all KPIs (new net users, revenue, CPA, LTV, subscription share) to Digital management team, including forecasts

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a data-driven approach;
  • Result driven
  • Familiarity of eCommerce platform functionality, capabilities and best practices
  • Knowledge of B2B is a plus
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
