We are looking for Business system analyst (one of our mine). Responsibilities: Executes daily business analytics for multiple departments and disciplines Conducts research, trend analyses and benchmarking exercises Initiates and manages continuous improvement work Leads cost saving or efficiency improvement opportunities Facilitate cross functional problem-solving sessions and idea generation Sets up and trains on KPI dashboards Presents data analysis results (capable to structure presentations and can convey the message to any stakeholder) Requirements: Strong Mining Engineering or Metallurgical Degree Formal project management qualifications would be beneficial Minimum 8 years' experience in mining environment or management consulting Total minimum relevant career experience more than 8 years Familiar with mining production and production KPI's – open pit and / or underground Has led and managed project management teams or continuous improvement teams; has management experience Exceptional numerical and analytical skills; very strong excel capability (and can also train others in excel) Knows fleet management systems (e.g. WENCO) Familiar with relational databases (e.g. SQL) Knowledge in web-based platforms (e.g. PowerBI) Fluent in French (speak, read, write) will be as advantage High level in English (speak, read, write) must have Highly geared towards a methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind-set Exceptional structured problem-solving capability Communicates effectively with all stakeholders, builds and maintains strong relationships We offer: Rotation schedule 8 weeks on site, 4 weeks offsite (including travels); Comfortable conditions on site (accomodation, meals, laundry services and immediate medical support on site); Medical, life and accidental insurance available upon your start; Сompetetive salary and annual bonus
